We are a professional & affordable legal document preparation service in Pima County, Arizona. Rather than “fill-in-the-blank” forms, our documents are custom to YOUR needs. While well-respected throughout the legal community, we’re not fancy suits, with fancy offices. We do our best not to speak “legalese”, but to explain the process in a way you’ll understand. Divorce isn’t easy, but we hope our guidance and assurance will make you more comfortable during what can be an uncomfortable time.
For over 30 years, we have helped thousands of people with their divorce. And unlike most paralegal firms, we are in Tucson, so know the laws & procedures here. We have the most 5-star ratings on Google, have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and received Best Legal Document Preparation in 2018 & 2019 from the Arizona Daily Star Readers’ Choice Awards. And we are the longest operating legal document preparation firm in Tucson.
We Do-It-All For You
We do more than just give you forms – we provide up-to-the-minute legal information, discuss your options, and review the process. We prepare all of your papers while-u-wait (in just one appointment!), notarize, file with the court, and serve your spouse. We keep track of what goes where and when, running everything to & from the court, mailing what needs to be, etc. – all so you don’t have to. So not the usual headache and hassle of doing it yourself. Divorce is hard enough, the process shouldn’t be.
DON’T stumble through a kit and worry about mistakes. DON’T waste money on a lawyer if you don’t need one. Get the papers you need, at a price you can afford with little headache or hassle.
